How do I apply a coupon code?
Enter your coupon code inside your shopping cart! Coupon code section lies between your listed items and checkout! You can also enter your coupon code during checkout when entering your payment information! (Please note that you must hit apply coupon before adding payment)
Can I deliver to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes, We currently do offer expedited shipping. You can select the shipping method when check out.
What should I do in case of late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some days before your refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is showed on your balance. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
What if i find something suspicious regarding my purchase?
We take efforts at fraud, scamming, phishing, and spoofing seriously. Please get in touch with our customer support team if you receive any correspondence that you suspect may not be from our store. We will cancel your order immediately!
Where do I get tracking info?
An email will be sent to you when the order ships with the tracking order page so you can fill in the order details to track your order!

How much is shipping?
How long will it take to get my order?
Standard Shipping: On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 1-2 business day after purchase. Standard shipping/ transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international). Quilts are produced and shippied from our facility 8-12 days in regular seasons. Shipping Time: 10 – 15 days* in regular seasons for Quilts. Fast Shipping: On average, customers can receive their order in 2-3 business days (not include handling time which may be 1-2 business days); sometimes it may take longer because of your location and the number of shirts you order.

Have not received my order yet, now what?
First, check tracking info and see if it was delivered. If it says delivered but never received please allow a few more days. Sometimes products are delivered late by DHL or scanned delivered by mistake or the package losts in transit.Please email us regarding the details, we will help you to find your order!
Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL or UPS and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive. Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.

What is the process for quality assurance?
We collaborate with leading manufacturers who can ensure the superior quality of each package by taking everything into account and doing a last check before sending the entire order to you. Our QA team will follow specific criteria for each type of product based on the recognized problems and characteristics of each product. After that, we will fill out the testing form with these criteria, rate each component on a scale of 1 to 5 (poor quality to great quality), and make notes. Every single product must pass this testing process and have a minimum score of 85 to be packaged and sent to you.
How secure is my personal information?
We adhere to the highest security standards to protect your personal information when you enter your card information on the checkout page! When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL-secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers, we can not and never use your card.

What’s the status of my order?
Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email to let you know this, you can know how to track your order on this email.The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.

Will I be charged VAT taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies. Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are charged a 20% VAT rate.
